What is this?

Hey! It's hard to tell you the photo.. That does look like a seed has formed but sometimes it just looks like it. It doesn't look like pollen sacks and I don't see any signs that your plant has hermied. Hermied plants have tiny banana looking pistils coming out the bud sites. So the only way there can be seeds is if there is a male plant close by, yours or neighbors. Hope this helped. Good luck and happy growing!
