My ladies don’t seem to like the VPD setting in late flower. Should I be running higher humidity in week 7 of flower. Higher than 50%?

What is the VPD and LVPD right now? What do you see that indicates they aren’t liking things? Generally in late flower you want to be below 50% and 40% is a good spot. I live by VPD and dial in around 35% humidity late flower myself. Are you able to drop your daytime air temps?

VPD (Vapor pressure deficit) usually depends on the climate (temperature, humidity, moisture). There are plenty of VPD charts for cannabis online but ideally I'd recommend 26-28 degrees Celsius with 50-70% humidity for optimal climate and VPD ratio! *Don't forget to make sure there's enough air circulation when opting for those high humidity levels to prevent mold and mildews. As for your plant it seems like you have a slight Nitrogen (N) toxicity - Deep dark foliage with slight tip chlorosis (burn) from bottom to the top. Try lowering your "bloom" fertilizer to about 2-2.5ml/l since it has high Nitrogen content. Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing
