mold instead of seedlings

Boba_5000
Boba_5000started grow question 4 years ago
Trying to germinate our seeds right into the soil, planted 72hrs ago. Covered with mason jars and now have white mold starting to grow on soil. The temp has stayed around 22 and the humidity around 65%. Should I remove the seeds and go to paper towel method instead?

Is it mold or mycelium? Did u use a rooting product? If not scrape off all the moldy parts. Throw some fresh soil over it. And have a fan moving some air. 🤘😤

It needs both humidity and air at the same time, probably mold is due to these. But it is not said that it cannot be a good nutrient. Good luck 👍🏽💚

Paper towel method has never failed me 👍👌 shitty about the mold...in my case I forgot about a seed and it was growing in the paper towel with mold, planted it and it died. So mold equals death in my books. You can try regerminate if that's a thing but I say start new ones. GL
