You need to do a res change. Looks like they're not getting any nutrients. You may be missing calmag (essential), especially if you're using RO, distilled, ultra filtered, purified, etc water. Your ranges seem on point so I'm not sure what the issue is. Nutrient lines do have a specific order you need to mix them in and you have to mix very well before going onto the next nutrient. Otherwise, it becomes a big ionic mess and you lose out on certain nutrients. They should recover, but recovery tends to be slow at this stage, especially if they haven't developed a strong root system. I always keep watering to a minimum before the roots hit the res. I encourage the plant to put a lot of energy into finding water. Hope some of this helped a bit!
