Can i use 24 hours of continue light, its a 9watt cfl, i used lux meter app and it says that seedlings are receiving 50000 lux, its that okay?

Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

If I add more LED light in Late flowering tent, Is it going to benefits the yield? Currently running under P1000 Led (100W) in 2x2.5x6 Tent , ScrogHello! Now i have finish one tent (Gog) , I have extra LED P600 100W. So If i use it in my 2nd tent (PGK) which now in late flowering phase (still has another 2-3 weeks to finish). Is that ok to do? Give more Light? Do i get more dence buds bcoz of more light? let me know,Thanks
