Can i use 24 hours of continue light, its a 9watt cfl, i used lux meter app and it says that seedlings are receiving 50000 lux, its that okay?

possible light burn help me tanxI have two lights, spider sf 1000 and viparspectra p1000. My plants have burn marks. I do not know if it is from lights or fertilizers. I now keep them 18 inches apart. Can anyone tell me the light distance table? How far should they be now?

I moved all the deficiency plants to 1 room.
The whole half of the plant is turning really light yellow/

- I have a greenhouse ceiling that covers 50% of the terrace
- should I grow the plants always under this ceiling, or if it is beneficial to expose the plants to direct sunlight?
- If so, how old the plant has to be to expose it to the sunlight? I don't want to burn my seedling

LED light - Veg / BloomHey guys and girls, I have 2 autos that are a week old and looking strong. I have a Phlizon 600W Led light which comes well recommended. It has 2 switches. VEG & BLOOM. You can have 1 or both on.

Effect of light only? Really?These girls same strain (strawberry cough photo), born on same day, same medium same feeding except the one on the right was removed from the light about 3 weeks ago and put outside. I thought dark green from nutes, seems the light alone makes such a difference? 45 watt LED

6 weeks of veg? I got only 3Why do i see some auto or non auto diaries with 6 week of veg?
When i grew non auto i just had them 3 weeks then switch the light time and changed 400w to a 600w. I learned that because they used to get hella big. And in Auto seeds i switch the spectrum after 3 weeksWeek 7
