Can i use 24 hours of continue light, its a 9watt cfl, i used lux meter app and it says that seedlings are receiving 50000 lux, its that okay?

Does anyone know if putting the LED at 40% power is okay for the second week of growth? Should I gradually increase it? Until I reach 100%? Please, I can't find any information on this topic online. Slight leaf tip "burn"What do you think is causing this burn on my leaves? Wondering if doing another defoliatation would direct more focus to the main sites? Also I have three other plants that are about 2.5 weeks younger, so I have to keep an 18/6 light schedule. Would I have to switch the flowering plant to 12/12 even though it's an auto?

when to switch from 4k veg light to 3k I have 7 3 week old plants under 165 watt of 4k quantum boards. They seem to be stack tight. my question should I switch them up now to 3k 240w light to get a bit more height... or what I think I should do, be patient veg them 4 full week under 4k then veg a week or 2 under 3k.
