Can i use 24 hours of continue light, its a 9watt cfl, i used lux meter app and it says that seedlings are receiving 50000 lux, its that okay?

Lights led vs hps cooltubeHi how are we fellow growers, here is my query, am using 2 hps 600watt cooltube in a 1x2x2 growtent,notice cold grow spots out of direct light, am I better using 3 400 watt cooltube, or changing to led, again looking full even coverage over entire area.

T5 "full spec" 100W x 4 and 1 x 200w CFL (Wedging Bulb)High! I got 100w/total, 4x1 T5 Led-strips 40cm long 2cm wide (DIY-lamp, every strip is on a fitted plate 3cm between etch other). Light burn2 fairly new leaves at top (opposite ends) seem to show signs of light burn (yellow tips). They recently turned a bit more green but the tips are still quite yellow. Light = 13 inches away. PAR 370 at center, 350 on sides. DLI=~ 22.5. CO2 bag in tent (at about 620). Thoughts?

I’m running 2x Kind Led xL600 series 2 lights and seen people running much much lower hanging heights than recommended (18inch instead of 30inch) and wondered if anyone has any PPFD or PAR readings at anything lower than 30inch or any reasons why they run them lower.
