Can i use 24 hours of continue light, its a 9watt cfl, i used lux meter app and it says that seedlings are receiving 50000 lux, its that okay?

Will the change from indoors to out trip my plants into flowering?Hi, Guys, I plan to move my plants outdoors next week. Will the change in the light schedule trip them from veg to flower? Does my LED need more red spectrum for flowerin?I have an HLG 100v2 LED grow light at 4000K. They say 3000K is better for flowering. Does it make any sense for me to add some cheap red LED strips to add red spectrum? I’d rather not buy another more expensive light if I can just supplement this one. See picture.

When should I switch on the other half of my LED light setup?Hi guys, I grow 6 plants in hydroponics in a 4x4 grow box and they are 2-3 weeks old (about 7-8 cm tall). Can I use 18 on 6 off during flower when growing autoflowers and using ViparSpectra KS5000 LED at 100% power?I have a tent with a ViparSpectra KS5000 LED lights. If I am growing autoflowers and they are in the flower stage do I have to change the light/dark schedule from 18 on/6 off to 12 on/12 off or will it be ok to keep the lights on a 18/6 schedule since they are autoflowers?Week 4
