How high in power should I go with my lights without CO2 enrichment? I can comfortably provide 1200 PPFD to the canopy, but I'm holding it down near 900 because I'm not sure the extra power used would yield an increase in, um, yield.

always crank out the light if you can ride it out. thing is wierdness starts happening for example you need a lot more calcium and magnesium. the way you're feeding right now, you would have to change quite a lot of the "hands off approach" like you might need to start spraying the leafs with cal mag, monitor it more closely etc. totally worth it especially at the begning and middle of flower, just start turning it down quite a lot towards the chop, get that taste in there. Hi there. I’ve been uesing a ppfd app for the first time on my grow I’m at beginning of week 9 And everything I’ve read is that without co2 not worth pushing past 800 to 900 as the extra yeld is low compared to price of electric. Your plants look epic so keep doing what your doing. Happy days 🤙

1000-1200 umols/m2/sec is maxing out without CO2 for sure.. mid flower I’d personally crank to about 1000 if I were you then tone it down maybe10-20% last week or two if ya wanna save power.. you’d probably be fine at 900 tho, that’s just my personal preference

Can rotating my 12 hour cycle back a few hours over the course of 3 nights harm my plant mid flower?If i were to manually flip my lights on and off an hour early for 3 nights to adjust my 12/12 from 9am-9pm to 6am-6pm would it be detrimental to the plants? LED distance to plant advice Interested in how close I can get my 630w LED with a rating of 2.7μmol/W and 1700 PPF to my canopy. I had it hung 48cm (19 inches) on 380w and just upped it to 500w day 8 in flower. Does this sound too close at 500w or is this ok? Temp is 25C (77F) humidity 55%.

Lux Meter Apps on Smartphones What are your thoughts on Lux meter apps? The app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ is showing 16,600 Lux at the tops of the seedlings, and converting that to a rough PPFD shows 222.55/umol/s/m². Reading more, 15k-45k Lux and 200-400 PPFD is good for early veg. What are your thoughts?
