Is my plant ready for harvest or should I wait? I am not 100% sure what week it is in, and its a Blueberry AUTO.

I'm with krenoime...The trichomes are looking very milky with a few amber so I would look at harvesting. It's a personal choice many growers have...some like full milky, some like full milky with 10-20% amber but the decision is totally up to you. What is most important is the drying and curing process. You can have the best looking plant and if you screw up the drying and curing process you pretty much wasted your time.

You definitely need to get a loupe or handheld microscope to look more closely at the trichomes. The transparency and color will tell you when it’s ready for harvest.

Your call. Those pictures are hard to tell but personally i like to harvest when trichomes are milky. So i look hard to see if there are any clear ones, if there are none, i think its ready. But that is not always the best idea since some plants bulk up even when trichomes become milky, they have a secondary stage of bulking up and harvesting too early might hurt your yields. I just dislike ambers because i think plant starts losing potency once ambers start creeping in.
