Any further defoliation will only further slow her down, By removing healthy green leaves you are basically robbing your plant of its ability to produce energy, energy she needs for growth. More healthy green leaves = more energy produced = more/bigger growth. It is basic plant biology 101. For a more detailed explanation against the merits or otherwise of defoliation, have a look at the answer/opinion/rant I posted to a similar question put up by Classified_01 titled "condition at week 5 of flower/defoliation Crown Royal" a few questions above your question on this same page. At this stage, all you can do is provide optimum care, be patient and do not remove any leaves, if you want her to grow her biggest and best flowers. If you are after maximum harvests in the future, try growing photoperiod feminised plants, much easier to get good yields and far more stable genetics than auto flowering plants. In my opinion, autos should be left to experts with hydro, and massive lights and are after "product" not home grown tasty stash. For the average home grower, photo period plants are really the best option to get easy trouble free bountiful harvests, all while using less electricity. It is also my opinion that autos or any cannabis plant for that matter, should only be on an 18/6 light / dark schedule maximum, as plants do actually need a certain amount of time to "sleep". Further, cannabis can only grow so much in any 24 hour period and the optimal day length for cannabis growth is about 18 hours. Any longer than this and you are basically wasting electricity as the growth versus the extra hours over 18 results in very little extra return, as the diminishing point of effectiveness has been reached by 18 hours of lights on. Hope this helps,..... Organoman.

Don't stress her right now if you can help it. She should be mid stretch. Otherwise proper feed (you should be on your last week of veg nutes) and proper lighting are necessary. For light height, find it online. Amazon or other sellers usually have ppfd maps. If not find a review of it on YouTube, most testers will test PAR. Position your lights so that the plants are getting between 700-900 ppfd.

No and yes the grower is right what most people don't realize with LED lights is they only work well if they are hung at the correct distance. Why would you want to defoliate her she looks healthy and she looks very defoliated anyway. I have always been against defoliating because she needs all her growth to produce energy and if she would benefit from having her leaves stripped she would of eveolved to shed them herself. more fans means more engery to produce fatter nugs its basic plant botany :) 👊

More light... do not double your light distance... I know led grow light, I have 10+. I measure leds with professional equipment.. 150 watts should be run at around 12 inches or so depending on a bunch of factors.. But closer is better then far.. like more photons=more light + water + nutrients= Output.. This is minor annoyance of mine because although someone giving you advice may have the best of intentions.. They are flat out wrong and sending you down a path that will mean smaller buds and lower outputs. You can try defoliating but you really should have done it earlier.. The whole grow is a cycle like a timeline.. And autos make it ever harder for new growers because you can grow HUGE auto plants it just requires Optimal conditions..
