Is my plant delayed in growth?

Do you think the growth is slow for its age? It's going to its 7th week and it looks pretty small to me (I'm the gf) and this is my first grow and I'm not sure if we could have done something better to make it more bushier and bigger. Any advice?

wow, some people are really angry, eh? Ignore the assholery exhibited for no cause. I think it looks fine. Looks like you topped it once and trained it outward. It's got a good base to grow vertiically, Bushy is good to a point. Figure 2-3 colas per sq ft by the time you flip to flower and have faith that it will fill in fully. Doing so avods overcrowding and gives you all the light penetration you need. My grows are so much better when i am disciplined in this aspect and it helps reduce wasted vege time when you can plan it out every step of the way as far as training the plant. If anything, i bet you have to thin out some central areas before all is said and done. Keep training the other stuff outward until it's all leveled off. depending on the area you need to fill, probably need to send it to flower sooner than later. it'll at least double its footprint after you do flip to 12/12. Looks like it can do a bit more than 1/4th of that tent already. By having a plan, you can also prune off growth tips that won't be used. Rather prune off a little 2-node branch than something that a lot more time and resources went into. Taking off a little at a time won't chock the plant, either. Avoids wasted vege growth. more resources go to the branches that will see flowers. check out cocoforcannabis.com. All their grow guides are golden. The blog posts from dr photon and i think there's another 'creator/ official contributor' type are good reads too. Definitely pick out the pertinent ones to your current context, but all good things to read at some point. Best place to avoid bro-science.

@mrsour420 why you so bothered about someone’s name? Especially when you don’t even have a diary 🤣

Is this 7 weeks from the seed opening? If so this is not extremely slow growth. Those first few weeks are always slow after cracking a seed. Plant looks really healthy and I would expect it to grow a lot each week from now. Plus once it goes into flowering it’s going to double in size if not more. Hope this helps take care.

TopNotchBud Why do you have this name when this is your first grow? My advice to you is change your name. When you can grow TopNotchBud without asking stupid questions change it back.

Topping will slow growth for a week or two while the plant recovers, however, defoliation is the easiest way to slow growth. ALL of the plants energy to grow and thrive is made by/in the leaves. Quite simply.......... Less leaves = less energy being made = less growth. A pH of 5.8 in coco is fine. Aluminium on the floor won't help anything. Giving bloom nutrients to a plant in veg won't help either, she needs "grow" nutrients with nitrogen. Giving plants a little of every product in the grow shop is not ideal, give one or two or three core fertilizers and then add a stimulant occasionally. Feeding with 13 different products is not ideal, she is getting a little of many things, but not enough of the one or two or three things that are actually designed to make her grow.

Its looks a bit delayed but this does not have any effect on its potency or flower :) maybe its just a bit to stressed of you could try to correct your feeding p.h. best of luck and happy growing 🌱💚
