Simply, the light is too close to the plant. That will keep the plant short and small sized. Increase the light to plant distance.

Because plants under FL light , especially under the FL blue/white colored bulbs remains short because of the light spectrum is mostlu blue so they are staying short due to that , the blue is also promoting secondaries growth so your plant is short and bushy because she is under a blue light and because the distance between the top of the plant and the light seems good so she does not need to grow vertically.
Put the light higger to promote the vertical grow/ stretch

Runoff pH is high, plant is not vibrant green and there's a leaf deformity.Guys, if anyone knows, my coco runoff pH is coming out at a constant 6.8, should I pay attention to it? I feel like it should be lower and that's why the color is not as vibrant as it should be. Also, one of the leaves has a deformity, maybe it's genetic maybe it's my doing?
