How to get tight buds

Who_is_grow_are

I have a lot of fluffy buds on the lower parts of the plant. Wondering if adding a CO2 would tighten them up, or what I can do to tighten them up. They look like they will be a waste of energy, next time should I cut those when they are young before they est. bud sites? Thanks

I had one plant that I left them on. This plant produced a large yield. On another plant, I lollipopped it. It produced smaller yield, but denser, tastier buds. Try lollipopping next time.

I don't know in my experience it's more about genetics and light.. Trimming and canopy control plays a part but some plants are gonna have better yields then others. And some plants really benefit from canopy control and some don't. Adding Co2 doesn't really help so much as feeding and monitoring does.. For example if it's winter time and your house is heated by Gas and/or depending on how many living mammals are in the house/space. Then you could already have enough Co2 in your house to begin with and getting bags/bottles can be dangerous and unwise. A lot of growers who use Co2 have very powerful lighting setups. Like numerous 1000 watt hps and the yield and benefit is there. But for the average in your house hobby grower it does not make much sense to supplement CO2 unless you know your other Values are all in check.. Like nutrients. light. growing medium. pest control. etc.. environment the whole nine yards. Those are my opinions on the matter just from what Iv'e gathered and asked other growers who actually use Co2 and hps setups..

Some strains will have airy buds regardless. But additional phosphorus and potassium in flowering with a 82 to 83 grow temp and proper ph and good light source will all condense the buds. Smaller parts can be cut going into flowering. Provides for faster final trim time as well. Personally I like to use the smaller stuff for infusing and making bubble hash. Good luck and happy growing 🌲🌲🌲👊💨

Looks like you have an indica, so you have two weeks before the harvest window begins. During this time the buds will pack on 50% or more of their total weight. A lot of that will be in density. CO2 will help give you dense buds, but its far from a requirement. Proper light distance, heat, pH, and nutrients will give you dense buds (assuming it's in the genes to begin with). Don't get down, these ones you're running now may surprise you.

Hi ! Om vollere toppen te ontwikkelen kan je een extra booster toevoegen, PK 13-14. Lees hier goed over.
