Brown Pestils at week 9

Some pestils are brown already. Quite surprise for me-it is week 9.
Do you think that she is going to be ready for harvest?

Don't know where do you see the brown pestils, but on your pics 99% of the pestils are white, chopping now will be a huge waste.
Also, trichomes don't seem clear, and no amber at all.

Hermie in the tentUnfortunately one plant started producing male pollens at the lower side of the plant and I'm not sure how to continue now. I immediately removed problematic spots but I would really appreciate your help on how to proceed. Should I leave affected plant int the tent?
