¡Manchas blancas en cotiledones!

Aparecieron unas pequeñas manchas blancas en los cotiledones y en las puntas de sus hojas verdaderas y quisiera saber de qué se trata. Tiene tan solo 2 días de vida. En caso de ser un hongo o plaga ¿Es muy pronto para hacer un preventivo con aceite de Neem y jabón Potásico?

Zou het kunnen dat ze een beetje meeldauw heeft ontwikkeld, ondanks ze zo klein is?
Dat dit misschien al in de grond aanwezig was?

Quite often the first few sets of leaves have weird markings or shapes and is nothing to worry about. Her next leaves will most likely be normal. Also, please do not spray or treat her with anything, she is still a tiny baby and will most likely suffer greatly if you were to apply any type of treatment.
Give her some time to become established and I am sure she will grow completely normally.
Remember too, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time. Hope this helps,....
