Darktideanswered grow question 4 years ago That is definitely the fungas 'White Powdery Mildew', as others stated below.
It is airborne, hence the need to carefully remove all infected leaves like
#The8thChevron said below very very carefully and dispose in a well sealed bag or container.
Once your grow is done it is important to clean the room, and tent, clothing, etc. very well as the spores will stay dormant until killed/removed and reinfection will occur.
To clean you can use a fungicide. I'm not sure if a bleach or Lysol room spray will work but that could be worth a try as it is not as costly and easier to perform.
Powdery Mildew thrives in higher humidty (above 55%) and cooler temperatures, so you may need to increase your ambient temp and reduce the humidty a little in the process.
There is oil treatments and the milk treatment which is the most common method. Whatever it is you need to be on top of it.
Like #Weezy90 said you can perform a milk spray (40% milk & 60% water) during lights on (it needs the sun/artificial sun to cause the fungicide reaction)
