Starting my very first grow at the weekend I’ve got everything I need (tent lights light mix soil Dutch pro soil grow A+B ph tester fans fabric plant pots) I plan to germinate my seeds using the paper towel technique. Do I plant straight into the soil And when do I add nutes?

Hi! After they've germinated using paper towels, you can plant them in small pots so they can develop a good root system before you transplant them to their final pot. It depends on which substrate you use, when you should start feeding. If it's pre-fertilized, your seedling can go for a while, about 2-3 weeks, and you don't need to add extra nutrients. If there's no nutrition in your substrate, then you start feeding from week 1-2. The germinated seeds are best planted in lightmix, as they can't handle nutrients yet. I understand from your question that you're going to grow with lightmix/promix soil? Then you start feeding from week 1-2. Begin with a small amount, see how your seedling reacts to it, and then build up. I hope I could help 🙂 Good luck with growing!🌱
