I personally can't see anything to indicate flowering.
Could you add some clear, close up photos taken in normal light please, this would make giving an educated opinion much easier.
Since they are photoperiod (fem) plants, you will need to switch to 12 hours lights on and 12 hours dark/lights off to initiate flowering. However, since you are doing a mixed grow with autos too, you have created a problem for yourself....................
Your photoperiod plants won't flower under 18/6, nor will your autos perform at their best under 12/12.
You will either have to separate them into two different grow areas or decide which ones to sacrifice, the autos or the photo fems.
Also, defoliating to expose "potential bud sites" is pointless, those "potential bud sites" were relying on the leaves you removed to provide them with the energy they needed to grow their biggest and best. The small leaves associated with the new growth can in no way produce as much energy as just one big, healthy fan leaf. Further, light we humans can not see, will actually travel/pass through upper leaves to strike lower leaves and stimulate photosynthesis and therefore make energy for the plant to grow. By defoliating your plants, you are basically slowing their growth, due to the reduced capacity to produce energy. The plants first "instinct" to losing leaves is to grow new leaves, meaning removing healthy leaves to only encourage new leaves to grow, is a waste of growing time and energy.
Cannabis has evolved to grow her biggest and best flowers. Cannabis getting rid of her own perfectly healthy leaves, does not play a part in this process.
Remember - maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum energy produced = maximum growth.
Hope this helps,.......
