Lime Green - deficient in something hempy bucket

In picture 1 you can see the plant at the back.You can't, however, see the true colour of it due to the flash. Its like a lime green/almost yellow colour. Doesn't look to healthy. I planted it in coco that i buffered myself, however, forgot to take it down to 5.8, Nute Lockout?

I also used earth before .. then with hydro or stopped having small yields ... Too difficult to maintain a stable Rh and pH if you can't test it .... With hydro you can 😇

I keep loosing leaves to some sort of nasty necrosis. It affects leaves at all levels, small and big randomly. Buon giorno weed doctors, did anyone have similar uniform chlorosis at the top or maybe knows what's up? What could be the reason and the solution? ThIs this some sort of immobile nutrient deficiency or excess? Could this be caused by heat and light stress? She is 80cm tall and almost touches the lights in the tent. Can I fix a nitrogen deficiency with more terra tripart nutrients or do I need something else?My Double Grape is showing signs of what looks like a nitrogen deficiency. Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.
