I recommend Mr Canucks Grow on YouTube for amazing autoflower guides. It's up to personal preference and also strain resistance as to what training you give your autos... They are definitely more sensitive but there's no right or wrong way to train them. I topped one of mine, and have defoliated both... Now that the "damage" is done, you just have to give them time. No grow is without hiccups though, keep at it! Another tip, if you can do it-- Increase the blue light for a bit as this promotes plant repair/veg!

Oh dear, I'm afraid you shouldn't have ever done all of that to an autoflower... they're terribly sensitive and growers should really stick to LST only for them. If they've shown no sign of growing for a week, there's nothing you can do to bring them back and get them on the road to giving you a harvest. I'm sorry to say I think you should start over with some more seeds. Germinate them in the pot they're going to spend their entire lives in and don't do more than LST. If you want to top and supercrop or anything else stressful (like transplanting, even!), go with a photoperiod ... Sorry!
