12/12 with autos in flower?

I’ve never grown autos so I’m looking for some advice.. Is it better switch your lights to 12/12 when the plant goes into flower? I feel like in theory this would make sense for THC development. Thank you

flowering fem lollipopping?First week flowering, should cut away the less exposed sprouts? Branch in pic 1 is almost totally hidden and you can see it being much smaller. Also not sure about cutting the two tiny sprouts in pic 2, there are many similar to those in other branches.
