LST or low stress training. vocabulary.. meh. Observable cause and effect... apical dominance is impacted by height among other things. Another tool in the bag.

That looks like normal LST to me?
And yes it is a good technique to shape your plant

I’m doing about 14 hours in outside sun then when the sun goes down I put them in my grow room under the LED’s so they’re on a 24 hour light schedule. Clean tent before grow (process)Any suggestions on how to clean / sterilize grow tent etc? Moved some pepper plants from outside into the unused grow tent so they could finish up(worked great) but they had aphids and God know what else from outside.
