Why is there a huge difference between my plants

My two girls had exact same conditions but one of them has the half size of the other one? Is this bad genetics? Am I dealing with a dwarf gene?

Hey mate. Diferent phenos I guess, I had 2 gorilla glue and they grew totally different buds and I also had 2 banana Blaze, one was bushy and the other one giant, turns out the giant one that was the strange pheno tastes better 😁. At some point you will see some similarities on the bud structure

Just to make sure my Lemon is doing alright Although leaves look ok, my Lemon didn't do much in last couple days. Do you think this is normal for a sativa (only 3inches)? Stunted or Impatient?Feels like the plant hasn't done anything in 2 weeks while this is only day 18 after sprouting from medium. Leaves always droopy no matter if I give a lot of water or too little. Leaves feel like paper, but giving more water doesn't change anything. Stunted or am I impatient?
