Dark small leaves. Stopped growth

I've got problem with one of my plants (out of five). It's bit smaller than others. It's been going on for two weeks I'd say. Leaves are much smaller and darker than on other plants. Some of them clawing. New ones are not really growing. I'm watering when soil is soft.

Browsed through your diary...my conclusion is hydric stress, meaning in this case your substrate does not drain well (no perlite like you said). What you could do is to carefully drill holes on the side walls. Try on 2 of them first, the worst looking ones. Rise a little the temp if possible to increase perspiration . Do you have a working fan in there ? Stop watering until substrate is visibly dry or the roots will rot and plants will dry. Next time You´ll know and put drainage on the must list :-) ! The other thing You could do is add 10 medium sized earthworms per pot( considering its volume), they will increase to some extent the drainage, wich is better then nothing. If no visible changes in a week, add another 10. Hope this helps. Spirit Up !

Thanks. Both of you I have working fan. Temperatures increased when I put there 400W HPS to 26 celsius. Since then substrate is drying lot faster (takes 3/4 days). Actually on this one affected plant it's drying out bit faster. Others are still wet when this one is dry. Also drainage is better (I mean when I put there liter of water I can see 10% draining. With others I can see no water draining at all. I'll try to drill holes to all of them as I think it can't really hurt even on healthy looking plants. Interesting tip with earthworms. I'll try to get some but something tells me they will all die when I'll water with fertilizer. What confuses me is that other plants don't have same problem only this one. Substrate is pretty much same. They are from very same clones. I don't remember if I did something special with this one but I can't recall. They are being watered at same time with same amount. Only the fact that substrate dries faster and water drains more is different to my thinking.
