i have a question on ppfd 🙂 im at first week of flower and my plants are kinda bushy and i want them to stretch, should i give them the recommended ppfd for flower or i should give them less for them to stretch? for the first 3 weeks

Hello. Checked your diary and I’d say they will stretch no matter what. But if you want to stretch even more just dim or adjust the lamp height. They will grow searching for the light. For example if you go below ~400ppfd (umol/m2/s) at the canopy height they will stretch as hell for sure. Also as you just flipped them to flower you could give them a good Phosphorus bump at that age. Phosphorus increases the stem elongation.

I think you will find when you flip to 12/12 they will stretch anyway. See how they take your ppfd when you flip, you can always increase the intensity.
