white spots on trunk

on the two san fernando lemon kush trunks especially and much less on others trunks there are a lot of tiny white embosed spots.
i can't see anything moving inside the gb, plants are well, but those little spots looks to me like eggs of some form of bug. should i worry? thank you

Looks like the stem is starting to get woody. A natural process from what I have seen on my plants as they mature. Nothing to worry about in my opinion.

Wait for another answer. But I think that's just a normal thing that can happen on the branches, it's not mould or pests, I don't think.

Keep or trim the "popcorn" buds?I cannot provide any light to this area they to deep down the canopy, should i cut them. If yes, all at once?
The only thing i worry, if i cut the buds the plant get more power and will rise up in hight and grwoing to

Neem Oil in 3rd or 4th week?Can i spray one more time with Neem Oil now? 3rd or maybe 4th week of flowering now. Noticed that some leafs are being eaten. Product information says i can but i also read discouraging comments fron other users so im a bit in doubt. Ladybugs and praying mantisses also an option
