Hi there! Your soil looks very wet, you probably overwatered your baby. Your soil should alternate between 'dry-cycle' and 'wet-cycle' so you may want yo wait a couple of days before watering again, depending on your temperatures and humidity levels.

At this stage, seedlings drink 50 cc of water a day. give them a cup of water every 4 or 5 days.
For now, just let it slowly drink all that water.
