Bugs and how to deal with them???

So today I looked for those bugs again, there are non on the leafs only on soil. Does this mean they are good guys??

I don’t care what’s going on, I would use insect frass in my soil. It will keep bugs away starting from the roots up….. Neem on the plant is good…however …if eggs are in the soil, spraying the leaves isn’t going to do Jack. They also make Neem seed dry amendments which would do 2 things at once. Protect and Feed. I'm going to try something here with an app I've got ... yeah... that didn't work... let me try something else... ok, I think what you've got are aphids... I'd break out the neem oil and get on them as soon as you can! If they are mites (and they certainly can be), you can use some diatomaceous earth to rid yourself of them... Hard to see it, try getting a maco closeup of it. Kinda looks like a aphid, kinda looks like a mite. both of them things are typically on the plants though not off of them.
