What to buy philizon pro series 250 true watt with a umol ms of like 950 at 12 inch or a Indo 4 cob 400 true watt with a umol of over 2400 at 12 is that possibly to much umol lol

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training. Also, would a higher-powered light cause less distance between the nodes, and therefore make LST harder/less effective?

Lower lighting at switch to 12/12?Do you typically want to lower your lighting when you switch to 12/12? I'm a little confused about what is meant when they say to have a 12" light distance for flowering and 18" for veg. Does that mean lower to 12" at the switch to 12/12, or just maintain a min 12" distance?

Is it too late for scrog and have I had the light too low during the veg stage?So I noticed pistils appearing and now I'm worried that I've had my light too low during veg (~8k lux). Is it too late for scrog at this point or will they continue to grow? I've now bumped the light up to 22K lux should I lower the light to increase the intensity even more? TIA
