What to buy philizon pro series 250 true watt with a umol ms of like 950 at 12 inch or a Indo 4 cob 400 true watt with a umol of over 2400 at 12 is that possibly to much umol lol

New update got my new grow light dialed in.. And the nutes helped a lot seen more growth in one day than I had in the last 23 days!
I am worried that if I place the light at the recommended height (6β) that would be too much so Iβm running the lights at 50% power and at 12β away

Are these LED specs good enough to start my first ever small scale grow? HELP!Hi, are these LED specs enough to start a small grow (maybe 2 plants): Full Spectrum 200W with peak Intensity RED 630-660nm & BLUE 440-460nm
PPFD:
630.25 umol/s/m2 at 30cm
175.12 umol/s/m2 at 60cm
80.04 umol/s/m2 at 90cm
This is for a 3x3' tent

Light height and intensityHello all. Recently I upgraded my lights to 2 mars tsw 2000. I've noticed my plants are growing slowly compared to everyone else's. I have it set at 24 inches 25%. However a mars hydro admin posted 12 inches 75% during veg? Isn't that like 1500 ppfd? I'm so confused.

It's only a 200w system and I'm growing in a 3'x3'x6' tent.

Firstly, is the reason why my plants (especially cookies) are very slightly curling/folding at the ends of the leaves because the LED is too powerful?(Reason to be worried?)

T5 "full spec" 100W x 4 and 1 x 200w CFL (Wedging Bulb)High! I got 100w/total, 4x1 T5 Led-strips 40cm long 2cm wide (DIY-lamp, every strip is on a fitted plate 3cm between etch other). Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants?
