How many watts do I need for my small tent?

I am using a full spectrum LED that draws only 30W from the wall but it might be too weak since my plant is getting lanky. I have moved it closer to the plant but now I am afraid of over-heating. How many watts LED would be sufficient for my 40cmX40cmx120cm tent?
Solved
Plant. Too tall
Plant. Stem - Weak
Setup. Lighting

Meter that light if you can...that's really the only way to really know what it's delivering at any given height, though 30w seems scant at best. You might want to look into running your light 20/4 or even 24h to make up for lack of firepower with extra exposure time...you'll probably have a better chance of success. Before I went and bought a higher powered light I was sitting with ~100w or so and an experienced professional grower suggested I go 20/4 or 24h to make up for lack of delivered PPFD.

You wanna have 30-40 real watts per square foot. By real watts I mean what the light fixture pulls from the wall- not the watt rating the manufacturer has on that specific model. I’m currently running enfun lights. They are called EF2000- but actually pull 240 real what’s from the wall. 🌱
