Wattage and distance from plant

Hi all. I need an advice about the height and wattage I should apply to my automatic plants . They are on 18/6 schedule This is a new grow. The plant is at day 8. The lights are at 60 cm and each led is set to 80w totaling 160w in a 60x60x160cm grow tent.

Hey there Timbarin, you can get much much closer with your lights, try something like 40cm and just raise it as the plant grows , it seems too close, but that's how it is supposed to be. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Personally, I have adopted a method of leaving the light on full intensity and placing the light as high as I can. I use a similar size space, yet a little taller. I have noticed a difference in plant health, keeps the temps pretty level and humidity is ok. You are using a higher wattage of light than me so maybe 75-80% at first and raise it as you go into flower. I hope this helps, good luck and happy growing

Light distance and when to top?I'm using a 300W LED. What distance should I keep the lights at now that I've transplanted and the plants are doing well? I'm thinking 24" and then move up as they grow until flipping. Also, when should I top? I've read that waiting for 6-8 nodes is the right way to go.

Temperature Yes that’s incorrect I don’t have a thermostat just yet but I know the plants happy prob 15 degrees with fan there I don’t wana lift the light just yet as i don’t want it being a talk skinny plant.it’s to be moved in the next 2 e weeks to its bloom cycle
