How do you use a dimmerable full spectrum led lamp? When full power? When less? Distances? Mine is 1000w but this is what I find, maybe are specific for 600w one.

ok its 120w which would work for a 60x60 tent. the distribution is a little off when kept close so i’d run this at 18” or 45cm from plants.
start seeds at 40%, veg under 75% and flower under 100%. you can slowly dial it upwards to reach these percentages. increase 10% weekly for example. this applies to always keeping it at 45cm from your canopy.

It's only 125w led that is so won't be good for flowering only vegging and if its purple then its useless and will be slow growing

Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

When did the flowering start?The LED panel, after switching (Ts600 Mars Hydro), stayed slightly on even during the dark hours. I managed to fix the issue, but I'm not sure how to count the flowering period. The plant had shown some differentiation, a few pistils, and a bit of stretching. What do you think?
