Deficiency or excess of nutrients?

Can anybody help me diagnose whats going on here please im not sure as im new to growing i gave them a flush almost a week ago due to nutrient burn gave 1/4 strength nutes back in and now this has showed up any ideas?

Try ot with some cal mag coz if your in soil more then likely you washed the calcium and other nutrients out the soil or it could be salt build up

Rusty Leaves3 upper fan leaves have "rusty" brown spots on the upper side. Hard to spot, hard to capture on camera.
I also have slight "clawing" on many of the upper leaves.
Mg/Ca lockout because of nitrogen toxicity possible?
Doesn´t seem to be fungi, as there are no spores to rub off.

Brown rust spots on oldest leavesBrown rust spots on oldest biggest leaves with curling inward - the rest of the flower is fine, just some occasional small yellow spots. No sign of pests. Maintaining pH ~6.5 but have soft water. Suspect cal/mag deficiency or nitrogen toxicity. Thoughts?

More rusty spotsSee this now on more and more leaves. Only upper fan leaves that get good light exposure seem to be affected from this and also the clawing.
Have backed off the nutes completely for now and will add ground egg shells to the water in the hope its a Ca deficiency.6y ago
