If you know for certain it's an immobile problem, then your REAL problem is actually the PH. Are you checking the PH of your runoff? Often, you'll find that what comes OUT of the pot bears little resemblance to what goes IN... When you water, make sure you're getting about 10-20% runoff and test the PH of that runoff. If it's out of the desired range of 6.0-6.5, you might need to do a flush to get back on track.
Personally, I don't think it's an immobile problem - I think you're giving it far too much nitrogen and it's developed a bit of toxicity. Flowering stage doesn't like a lot of nitrogen and since you're giving it BioGrow, I think THIS is the problem. I'd do two things: check the PH of your runoff and at bare minimum cut your BioGrow in half (if not eliminate it altogether).
