Growing this BF Wedding Cake Auto for 2 weeks now and one of my plants is very small. Branches and stem don't grow at all compared to the other one. Plant seems healthy. Is it just a dwarf? Should i give it a chance or just throw it away and plant another auto i have in that pot?

Looks like they may be over watered, or have poor drainage, or both. Try scooping the whole root ball out and leaving it in the air for a day, then replace the potting soil with new. Also if you're using soil that contains nutrients, don't add any more when you water for a while. New growth will start growing out but it takes a bit. Look into capillary mats. They do a GREAT job with new starts, and are much easier on busy folks with watering issues, like myself. I use them for everything indoors now, because I had problems that looked just like that. My only problem with capillary mats is they work TOO well, and the plants grow too fast to keep up...lol.
