You want the roots to fill the cup before transplant. In a sixteen oz cup that takes around three to four weeks.

Ich denke Automatic solltest du direct in einen grossen topf einsetzen. sobald der samen gekeimt is. jedesmal umtopfen bedeutet nur stress für die pflanze. Automatics haben nicht genug zeit um das wieder wet zu machen. Aber wünsche dir viel erfolg mit der lady und gutes Wetter!

A general rule of thumb is when the fan leaves reach the edge of the pot its ready for the next size.
Auto seeds are best planted in the main pot so the roots are left undisturbed as transplanting can slow them down.
