How much water do they need now?

How much water should they be drinking now? Does 2 cups every other day sound right? They're in fabric bags and the soil is a combination of CannaTerra and Promix HP. I've been paranoid about overwatering, but now I worry I'm underwatering.

Under watering in my experience is very apparent. The whole plant will droop. Over watering in my experience is much slower and it usually starts with the leafs curling down as opposed to drooping

How big are they? I would think 1 cup every other day would be enough. Put your finger in the soil about 3 inches down, if it is moist, it has enough water.

Need your help, something wrong with my plants, growth has stopped, leaves yellowish, the end of leaves bit brown.Hello,
