Light schedule - I am about a week off being ready to harvest. I currently have the lights on 24h. Should I introduce dark periods and or a 24/48h complete darkness before harvest?

This is going to spark mixed opinions. Some say dark periods are good and some say they decrease potency. I'm unsure which side is correct, you'll probably get a few different opinions and get to decide for yourself 😝

I’ve just attempted on my diary. I think it works especially getting those beautiful colours out of the plant. My 48 hours really brought out some purple and red tones to my buds. Which is probably mostly due to the less heat of lights.
I believe there’s more resin as well but can’t say for certain.
There’s no harm in doing it so why not try and see for yourself.

Started the plants off with 60 watts. Increased to 100 watts today with a 20/5 schedule. Could I increase to the full 150 watts already or should I give them a few days with 100? Thanks in advance for any advice. It’s my first indoor grow with this setup and I’m still learning :)

Hight ProblemsI’ve got 3 plants in my tent, but they’re all different heights. To compensate, I’ve hung my light at an angle, so one end is closer to the smaller plants.
My question is: Does this help, or am I better off keeping the light level? Any tips for dealing with uneven plant heights?

Bud rot? Mold?My plant is a bit problematic ("quick one" Auto from RQS, outdoor balcony grow).
I'm a bit worried that I have to throw it out, therefore I would like to ask for your expert opinion. :)
1. Is the "brown stuff" on the top bud "bud-rot"?
2. Are the "more intense white spots" mold?
