Autoflower Light Schedule

Wondering what light schedule I should run for this since it's an auto? I've seen 18/6 suggested but also full 24. Anyone have any suggestions/experiences?

Don't go full 24hr, it's OK while they pop out the ground but after that either go 20/4 or 18/6. They need a rest period. I do 20/4 in winter to generate a higher temp and 18/6 in the summer to lower my temps.

Full spectrum or all red grow light?Hey guys! I have a Fast Eddy CBD autoflower grow on its 6th week and in full flower. I have been using a 150W UFO full spectrum light in a bucket, but I have another 150w UFO light that is all red. So my question is, would it help or make any difference if I changed it?

Opinions on my setup and if it's over kill to run a ViparSpectra P2000 and XS1000 for my 2 Glueberry Og Auto's?Need opinions on my setup, I'm running a ViparSpectra P2000 true 200 watt and XS1000 true 120 watt, I have 2 Glueberry Og Auto's going, week 3 of flowering, I don't have issues w heat or humidity at the moment, is this overkill with the lights or should it be good?

Lights airstone c02 What light to plant distance would you set it at? The only test I've done is at 25 inches its stable at 80°f and 75% humidity. When I lower it to 18 inches, the tent read 85°f and 73 humidity. Other question I have is what's your favorite air stone(disk)? Lastly, add c02 yes/no

dli 40x40 growbox lamp distance problem hi guys, I have a ts1000 at a distance of 50cm they tell me to lower it to 40cm but the dli would greatly exceed (60 dli photone) the recommended threshold of 40/45. Having a 40x40 growbox, in your opinion, at what distance should I keep the lamp?

Light intensity in a 4x4 Running 2 spider farmer SF2000 quantum led boards in a 4x4. 30 inches above 5 plants. Having alot of conflicting information on light intensity. I'm only 7 days in from germ and some are telling me 40% max and others are telling me 100% from seedling to harvest.

Yellowing leaves & tips curling down on 14th day. Coco / Autopot / Hesi / Mars Hydro fc-1500 Would gladly use some help with my first grow 🙏 2 main reasons come to mind after googling: 1. I overwatered thinking it's hard to do since I'm using the Air dome. 2. Too intense light. Was checking a lot of growers that actually grow 24/0 and went for it 75% 40cm.
