Do I need to transplant this?

Plant has been in veg for 2 months. It's 22" tall and it's in a 3 gallon pot. Should I transplant this to a 5 gallon before I flip it? Or will this be fine staying in the 3 gallon pot?

Yes transplant but give it a week to recover before flip. Two months in a 3 gal is quite a while. You could leave it but you will need to water every day. If this is not a issue to you then you can leave it alone.

It will be totally fine, dont worry. add some humic acid after the flip to help the root system if you can. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hi there, The bigger the pot, the higher the yield. It’s a general rule of thumb. But you need to consider the plant’s health before transplanting. You don’t want to cause any stress during and after transplanting.I would say 3gallon is totally enough for a plant. But if you want to transplant, recommend to use at least 7~10gallon pot. It’s alot easier while transplanting and you don’t need to worry anything about yield or roots.Happy growing... ✌️

I would transplant it. If you have room go to a 10 to 15 gal pot. I would give it a week after I transplanted it before the switch gl.

Yeah go ahead with the transplant, your suppose to do it 2 weeks before flowering or before you switch to 12/12.
