Plant repotted itself

My poor girl around end of week 4 took a tumble over night. Im gutted. I picked her up, the roots were safe inside a ball of dirt I threw in some root stims during this "repot" Any advice to negate stress? should I wait to continue more LST? The stalk isn't as structurally sound

Stop adding root stim that a based on auxins - iaa, naa. Stimulant based on mycorrhiza once is great. Seaweed and aloes help. LSt - no issue. Trimming and pruning helps reduce load on damaged root. Weaker light at long hours for a few days help. I have had lots of accidents involving my dogs chasing critters and spill my plants. Not a big issue.

The stress happened because of the transplant which is more normal than you think. She'll just need time to adjust to her new home is all and since she is already stressed I would hold off on the LST.

Just give her some time with a couple more weeks root stim.Seaweed/kelp has some amazing hormones in it.I use House and Garden Algen Extract, good value at 1ml to 1ltr.4ml per gallon.Even better is Ecothrive Biosys instant tea. This is an instant tea that has seaweed, microbes, amino acids, humic acid, enzymes, proteins and carbs and you can get it in small 10g pouches at £3.50.Take a look at the Ecothrive site.
