Seedling stopped growing?

They both look fine to me, they have just been "born" and are first getting their roots organized and will look like they do now, for 3-5 days, before taking off into vegetative growth. Each seeds is an unique individual organic living being and will grow and perform as an individual, no matter they are growing under the same conditions, same soil, same water, same food, same light and came from the same packet. Each seed is like a child, even though they both have the same parents, they are different individuals. Hope this helps,........ Organoman.
