Can I put a seed into a quite heavily saturated with water? (due to the flush I did before because Plagron Growmix is too strong)

Not really, it might rot. Mixing some dry substrate into the top layer of over wet substrate will provide a better medium for your seeds. Hope this helps,.......... Organoman.

there seem to be something missing in your post, but I suppose you want to plant your seed into earth. Then yes, before planting your seed into earth, you should water the pot very well and let it drip off 15min, e.g. in your bathtub. It is then ready to receive the seed.
