Help please! Seedlings wilting.

Is this overwatering? Cant workout what’s wrong with them, been trying all sorts. They are in aero/hydro propagator, 30seconds on 2mins off. Biggest is full aero. Others in sponge with rocks. Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Solo cups vs clear plastic cups for seedlings I'm gonna plant sprouts in solo cups, but thought it might be cool to use clear plastic cups (to see when roots reach the edges). Would it be bad to use clear plastic cups? Maybe the roots/soil won't like the light idk?

Seedling tips?New grower. First seed. Seems to be going fine with seedling popping through soil after 2 days. Now under 60w CFL about 6-8 inches above the plant and a clear plastic cup covering it. Any tips for keeping it alive and thriving? Been spritzing with water 1-2x/day.

Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.How far away I should have my lamp from my week old seedlings? I think it has something to do with the PPFD for my lamp (TS600), but I have no idea what it means. The lamp is set right at the very top of my tent now and is 32 inches (81cm) away. How deep can I bury stalk during transplant?Hi! I'm going to up-size my seedling to a 1 gallon pot this week. How deep I safely bury the stalk? It's currently 7cm from soil to the cotyledons. Could I bury all the way to the cotyledons or is this too much stalk to put under ground? Thanks for your advice👍

How much light for seedlings?I've got three small seedlings with a fourth coming shortly. How much light intensity should they be getting? I have a 300W 3K LED 30" of the tops running on a 18-6 schedule. The LED is on its lowest setting because I read the the seedlings can be light sensitive.
