What do you think, why did the resin come out in drops like this? It's the first time it's happened to me and I really like it!!!

It's called "Guttation". It's where the xylem sap can sometimes ooze out of the stomata (appearing like dew but formed at night when stomata are closed). This same xylem sap can cause the burning of leaves if nutrient levels are too high.
