No, they are female primordia (pre-flowers) and perfectly normal, so no need to worry.
There is absolutely no evidence of male flowers in the pictures you posted.
For an idea of what to look for, go to my diary "cannabis conundrums" and in week 7 you will find pictures of stamens (bananas) and whole male flowers, as well as many other pictures of weird and wonderful things that cannabis plants are capable of doing.
There is no need for you to do anything, except carry on with your current care routine and wait until harvest time!

I've inspected trics all over, and as expected, they are more mature in certain areas.
Was thinking of partially harvesting?
Is it as simple as chopping the mature buds and leaving the rest for another 1-2weeks?
