What is the best distance for my lamp (Mars hydro 150w) in Plants in this earliest stages?

At this stage, I would go with 24 to 30 inches, as they grow you'll be able to bring the light down to 18 inches.

When did the flowering start?The LED panel, after switching (Ts600 Mars Hydro), stayed slightly on even during the dark hours. I managed to fix the issue, but I'm not sure how to count the flowering period. The plant had shown some differentiation, a few pistils, and a bit of stretching. What do you think?

When to switch LED to 100% power?Another question. I appreciate everyone's response to the last ones. I am finding it difficult to google this one. When do I switch my LED to 100%? Currently, I am running it at roughly 60% at about 24in. Am I in 'true' veg? Its working on its 3rd node that has 5 fingers.

I need help choosing a better light for my single plant microgrow!H50cm W37.5cm L57cm Now using 1 household 13w Phillips LED 2700K for flower, a 120w CFL for veg and I use a cheap 20w dual Spectrum LED that I'm sure does almost nothing. 18/6 leads to high temps in small tent; change light schedule or stick it out?Girls are at 18/6 and 3-4 hours before lights out the tent gets up to 90 degrees and humidity can’t compete. Should I wait it out or try 16/8 moving towards 12/12 close to flowering (autoflower). Will lowering light exposure affect yield more than high temps would at 18/6
