What is the best distance for my lamp (Mars hydro 150w) in Plants in this earliest stages?

At this stage, I would go with 24 to 30 inches, as they grow you'll be able to bring the light down to 18 inches.

from the canopy is this to far away???
i'm also growing in a 7.5 litre pot is this pot sufficient???
as Easy Bud Auto only reaches heights of 50-60cm indoors

Eyeball and advise on my set up, and is this seedling stretching?Is my set up good until my humidifier comes? (using inflow air from in-line fan with a tray of water for humidity for now).
I set up an additional light because I was concerned that this bad boy was stretching and want to provide some extra light for lower canopy later.

Mars Hydro TS1000 and Spider Farmer SF1000D in 26x26 tent together?I’ve purchased an Mars Hydro FC-E 3000 for my 3x3 tent, so I now have a TS 1000 I’ve removed from the 3x3, that I want to move to my 26x26 and run it along side my Spider Farmer SF1000D. Lux Meter Apps on SmartphonesWhat are your thoughts on Lux meter apps? The app on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ is showing 16,600 Lux at the tops of the seedlings, and converting that to a rough PPFD shows 222.55/umol/s/m². Reading more, 15k-45k Lux and 200-400 PPFD is good for early veg.
