What is the best distance for my lamp (Mars hydro 150w) in Plants in this earliest stages?

At this stage, I would go with 24 to 30 inches, as they grow you'll be able to bring the light down to 18 inches.

Is closer to the light much better?Is the light closer better? I have a VIPARSPECTRA 1000W LED Grow Light (10W LED ,x100) and it says during veg 18-26 and flowering distance at 18-24”. Looking at other growers using LED they are closer. Should I try to keep it closer a little at a time? Is there benefit?

2 plants, 2 Mars Hydro TSW 2000’s, need help with pot size/tent size configuration My plan is to flower these 2 girls in a SCROG under 2 Mars Hydro TSW 2000s (2x300W actual). I’m debating whether to flower them in 5 gallon plastic pots in a 2x4, 10 gallon pots in a 2x4, or 10 gallon pots in a 4x4. Does more area = more yield, or am I thinking about this wrong?
