What is the best distance for my lamp (Mars hydro 150w) in Plants in this earliest stages?

At this stage, I would go with 24 to 30 inches, as they grow you'll be able to bring the light down to 18 inches.

How to measure lumens of a full spectrum LED light.Since a lux meter only measures certain spectrums of light, how do I use a lux meter to determine the right height of my full spectrum grow light? I have it at the recommended distance but I have signs of light stress. Bleaching of some upper leaves. I moved it up 4 more inches?

When did the flowering start?The LED panel, after switching (Ts600 Mars Hydro), stayed slightly on even during the dark hours.
