How far does my LED light need to be

Currently growing Easy Bud Auto she's just over
4 weeks old my LED light is 300w and is currently 16inches
from the canopy is this to far away???
i'm also growing in a 7.5 litre pot is this pot sufficient???
as Easy Bud Auto only reaches heights of 50-60cm indoors

For a single plant I'd go as close as you can without burning them all the info I read says 12-30inches so if the temps allow maybe a little closer,I'm a newbie myself but id say without going overkill bigger the better on pot size,I see alot of auto growers using 3 to 5 gal pots,to my untrained eye looks very happy that plant.happy growing

Are there any recommendations for a light schedule for autoflowering?I leave them at 24 hours. I start with the seedlings at 18000 Lux and increase it till the 4th week. After the 4th week I have all my lights at full power and the top buds have around 55.000 to 90.000 Lux.Week 1
