Night cycle question

Im curious, I see a lot of growers pictures of the buds on their plants while their light is off, I thought it wasn't good to interrupt your plants during their night cycle and could cause them to hermie, or is it just when light leaks while your doing it is when this can occur.

Yes interrupting the light cycle can make them hermie, light leaks included. The reason their lights are off is that it makes for better photos you can't really see anything with a bright light shining everywhere on top of the flash from your camera.

it's a question of timing , a few minutes before lights on or after lights off is totally fine... and makes better pictures! 🚀
