No need to remove the ugly leaves, just wait for them to drop off. In the meantime they will be still producing energy for your plants to continue growing and removing them will slow your plants recovery.
It is up to you whether you keep going, they will recover eventually, but often if you start again, the new seedlings will probably be bigger and better sooner than it will take for these seedlings to fully recover and return to full health and continue growing properly.
The plant in pic 4 looks to be worth keeping, as to the rest, it is debatable, but some seem to have healthier looking new growth starting, so could also be candidates for continuing with. Seeing as they are fems (yay!!) and you are not constrained by time frames associated with autos, you could extend the veg period until they fully regain health, so this is another plus for keeping going with these plants.
Personally and in truth, I probably would have restarted/replanted already.
