After years of trying many commercial breeders wares, one of the only one that I have found to meet every criteria reliably and across all strains they offer, are Sweet Seeds. A monkey could plant any of their seeds and get great results! My criteria are - ease of growth, reliable germination, stable genetics, consistent genetics from year to year, ease of growth (not being fussy plants), productive plants, potent plants, and fast finishing. It is no good to be able to plant seeds and get good results only sometimes or only with certain batches of seeds, whereby you grow them one time then buy some more and the next lot don't grow anything like the previous packet.. After trying and still experimenting with about 30 different seed breeders, only Sweet Seeds have the consistency and the quality I have come to trust and to rely on to deliver results without fuss and bother. Quite simply, you can't go wrong with any of their strains and they aren't that expensive either. Top strains include Zenzation, Tropicanna Poison, Green Poison, Cream Caramel, Black Jack, Amnesia Haze, Do Sweet Dos, Gorilla Girl, Indigo Berry Kush, San Fernando Lemon Kush, Purple Punch OG, Sweet Cherry Pie, Cream 47, Crystal Candy, Red Mandarine and, and, and, all of them really! They also have autos, but I don't grow autos anymore, I prefer big plants with big yields. However, all the traits I look for in normal seeds, are present in their autos that I tried growing a while back, except for yields, but you can't beat a photoperiod plant for yields! I have been growing for 35+ years, so I give this praise with that context in mind and if I were confined to only one breeder for the rest of my life, apart from my own breeds of course, it would be Sweet Seeds without a doubt. I have tried so many other seed breeders with mixed results, some of their strains are good, but others are disappointments, especially when compared to the sales pitch, or some are really finicky and fussy to grow with weird requirements or others that are plain old crap and nothing like their supposed reputations and come mainly from the tired Dutch breeders unfortunately, who also seem to have big problems maintaining consistent quality and it is almost a lottery when growing their seeds. Spain is definitely where it is at right now and the fact some of the bigger Dutch companies are now starting to source their seeds from Spain will hopefully improve the variable quality Dutch offerings. Another breeder I have become impressed with are "Ace Seeds", also in Spain, but they mainly focus on landrace and heirloom varieties, especially Sativas, my personal preference in strains, but with Sativas, some knowledge is needed for best harvest results, and certainly a lot of patience regarding flower maturation. They do make wonderful hybrids though with faster flowering Indicas if you ever get keen on breeding. Both these breeders are easy to obtain throughout Europe, but if you are in the States, finding a reseller that ships there is pretty easy, Pev Grow being one, plus you can buy seeds cheaper through Pev Grow than you can from the breeders themselves. I don't know how they do it! If you are keen on well bred regular seeds and like varieties that are more traditional and with well thought out genetics and selective breeding for easy results of potent plants that are a bit different than the usual Kush type of plants, Mandala Seeds, again in Spain, have some outstanding offerings and a few fems too, but no autos. I don't think Pev Grow have a big selection of Mandala Seeds, but there are plenty of resellers on the Mandala site to choose from if they don't ship Stateside directly themselves. But, yeah, try Sweet Seeds, you will be impressed with how easy it is to get great results, I guarantee it. Hope this helps,.......... Organoman.
