Can i put a small pot with unborn plant outside in the sun or leave it inside under 9w lamp?
I will have to grow it outside because i don't have light or tent or anything.

Leave it inside for a couple weeks and when you reach the 2/3° node, take it outside, place it in the sun light if temps are 25 to 30C or leave it in the shadow if they are near to 35/40C.

hi, you can keep it inside under your light until you have 2 pairs of leaves grown, then she's ready to sunbath but be careful if the temperature its to high.
